Y.A.C. Co., Ltd. (TSE:6298) agreed to acquire Miyuki Elex Co.,Ltd. from Miyuki Keori Co.,Ltd. for approximately ¥340 million on August 29, 2016. Following the transaction, Miyuki Elex Co.,Ltd. will operate as a subsidiary of Y.A.C. Co., Ltd. and will be renamed as Y.A.C. Elex Co., Ltd. and the headquarters will also be changed subsequently to resolution in Y.A.C. Co., Ltd.’s shareholders’ meeting. For the year ended March 31, 2016, Miyuki Elex Co.,Ltd. had total assets of ¥2 billion, net assets of ¥327 million, sales of ¥3.12 billion and operating profit of ¥93 million. The transaction has been resolved by the board of Y.A.C. Co., Ltd. and is expected to close on September 30, 2016.

HOLDINGS CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the development, design, manufacture, sale and maintenance of display related products, mechatronics related products and cleaning related products. The Company operates in three business segments.
