Yaizu Suisankagaku Industry Co.,Ltd. (TSE:2812) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 145,000 shares, representing 1.17% of the outstanding shares for ¥155 million. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder return levels and to implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. The program will run until March 29, 2019. As of December 31, 2018, the company had 12,429,447 shares outstanding and 626,751 shares in treasury.
