Yappli, Inc. announced that it will receive about ¥670,000,000 in an equity round of funding on October 16, 2017. The transaction will include participation from new investors, Globis Capital Partners, ITOCHU Technology Ventures, Inc., and existing investors, YJ Capital Inc., and Shogo Kawada and Mizuho Bank, Ltd., Investment Arm will also participate through loan financing. Globis Capital Partners acted as the lead investor.
Yappli Inc is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the planning, development and sale of cloud-based application management platform Yappli system which provides no-code development, operation and analysis of smartphone applications. The Yappli system has main functions such as push distribution function, point card function, stamp card function, embed video function, e-book function, in-app purchase function and authentication function. It has features such as development of native applications with no-code, management screen that can update functions and designs, push notification function based on customer attributes and area information, data analysis, evolution in the cloud, success support and others. The Company is engaged in the provision of solutions such as customer attraction support, sales support, staff education support, back office support and school support solutions through Yappli system.
