YCP HOLDINGS (GLOBAL) LIMITED YCP Holdings (Global) Limited (TSE:9257) agreed to acquire Auctus Advisors Private Limited for INR 1.14 billion from a group of sellers on November 1, 2022. The consideration comprises of INR 1.02 billion cash to be paid upfront and an earnout amount of INR 127 million. For the year ended March 31, 2022, Auctus Advisors Private Limited reported total assets of INR 243 million, net worth of INR 18 million, sales of INR 730 million, operating income of INR 20 million, Net Income of INR 14 million.
