5.Cause of occurrence:
According to the FSC regulation NO.1110341558, announcement the
implementation situation of improvement plan of the balance of the
subsidiary ASIA PLASTICS (BVI) CO., LTD.'s capital loan and Wan Chio
Petrochemical (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. has exceeded the limitation.
6.Countermeasures:
The improvement plan for the balance of the subsidiary
ASIA PLASTICS (BVI) CO., LTD.'s capital loan and
Wan Chio Petrochemical (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. has exceeded
the limit and the implementation situation as follows:
Wan Chio Petrochemical (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. will finish liquidation after
completing the land use rights, plant and equipment disposal
procedures in September 2022. After the liquidation is completed,
the loan will be cancelled with the creditor's rights and debts, and
the improvement is expected to be completed in March 2023.
