Phoenix Holdings Inc. (KOSE:A037270) agreed to acquire unknown stake in YG K plus from Eun-kyoung Ko and Kyoung-Ho Ko for KRW 2.6 billion on June 9, 2015. Eun-kyoung Ko and Kyoung-Ho Ko will be issued 0.4 million shares and 0.2 million shares respectively as consideration. The transaction was resolved by Board of Directors of Phoenix Holdings on June 9, 2015.
