Yi Jinn Industrial Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2020. For the first quarter, the company announced total revenue was TWD 830.525 million compared to TWD 1,160.992 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 32.632 million compared to TWD 493.509 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 43.510 million compared to net income of TWD 246.501 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.19 compared to basic earnings per share of TWD 1.08 a year ago.
Yi Jinn Industrial Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sales of textile products. The Companyâs products include finished filament, polyester filament, weaving fabrics and gray cloth, among others. The Company operates through three segments. The Textile segment is engaged in the manufacture, processing and trading of artificial fibers and natural fibers. The Leasing segment is engaged in the trading and leasing of real estates. The General Businesses segment is engaged in the importing and exporting of textile products, security investment and the development of real estates. The Company operates businesses in Taiwan, Asia, Americas, Africa and Europe, among others.
