Yihai Kerry Arawana Holdings Co., Ltd (SZSE:300999) acquired 50% stake in Sasol Wilmar Alcohol Industries (Lianyungang) Co., Ltd from Sasol Holdings (Asia Pacific) (Pty) Ltd. for $17 million on December 26, 2019. Following the completion of acquisition, Sasol Wilmar Alcohol Industries has changed its name to Wilmar Alcohol Industries (Lianyungang) Co., Ltd, is now a 90% owned subsidiary of YKA. The principal activity of the Sasol Wilmar Alcohol, processing of alcohol based oleo chemical products, remains unchanged.
Yihai Kerry Arawana Holdings Co., Ltd (SZSE:300999) acquired 50% stake in Sasol Wilmar Alcohol Industries (Lianyungang) Co., Ltd from Sasol Holdings (Asia Pacific) (Pty) Ltd. on December 26, 2019. Clifford Chance, Hong Kong acted as legal advisor to Sasol Holdings (Asia Pacific) (Pty) Ltd. in transaction.
