Pubei Yingtong Intelligent Electronics Co., Ltd. announced that it has received CNY 101,800,000 in an equity round of funding on January 2, 2020. The transaction included participation from existing investor, YingTong Telecommunication Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002861). On closing, the investor retains its 100% stake in the company. The company completed the change of industry and commerce registration procedures on the same date. On closing, the registered capital of the company increases to CNY 121,800,000.
YingTong Telecommunication Co., Ltd, formerly Hubei Yingtong Telecommunication Cable Co., Ltd., is a China-based company principally involved in the research, development, manufacture and sales of acoustic products, USB data cables and other products. The Company operates through two main segments. The Main Business segment is primarily involved in the manufacture and sales of acoustic products including semi-finished earphones and earphone cables, USB data cables, as well as other products. The Other Business segment is primarily engaged in waste disposal, sales of raw materials, samples and moulds, among others.
