Xu Guotai, Wu Yong, Wang Dingxiong, Zhang Qing, Liu Changcheng and Tian Baoyong agreed to acquire 30% stake in Shandong Yongxu Outdoor Leisure Products Co., Ltd. from Yotrio Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002489) for CNY 4.99 million on January 9, 2023. The board of directors of Yotrio Group approved the transaction in a meeting held on October 28, 2022. Shandong Yongxu Outdoor Leisure Products recorded total assets of CNY 41.28 million and net assets of CNY 16.05 million as of September 30, 2022.

The Companyâs main products include outdoor furniture, sunshade series products, tent series products. The Company's products are mainly used in home gardens and terraces, outdoor leisure venues, hotels and other places. The Company is also involved in air ticket distribution, travel distribution and travel agency operation businesses. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets.
