The Australian properties are located in Sydney in New South Wales, Brisbane in Queensland and Melbourne in Victoria. The Japanese properties are located in the Niseko area of the island of Hokkaido. Its properties include The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur, The Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur - Suite Wing, The Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur-Suite Wing.
