Chongqing Yuanli Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 932.23 million in an equity round of funding from returning investor, Shandong Yuanli Science and Technology Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:603217) on June 29, 2019. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the investor, in its sixth meeting of the third directorate of the investor and the fifth meeting of the third board of supervisors. Post the closing of the transaction the investor will retain its 100% stake in the company. The registered capital of the company is CNY 100 million.
Yuanli Chemical Group Co.,Ltd., formerly Shandong Yuanli Science and Technology Co., Ltd., is a China-based company principally engaged in the research and development, production and sales of fine chemicals. The main products of dibasic ester series products are mixed dibasic ester (MDBE); the main products of fatty alcohol series products are 1, 6-hexanediol (HDO); the main products of plasticizer series products are dioctyl phthalate (DCP) and dibutyl phthalate (DBP). The Company distributes its products both in the domestic market and to overseas markets.
