Yunnan Yuntianhua Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600096) agreed to acquire Yunnan Tianyi Warehousing & Distribution Co., Ltd. from Yuntianhua United Commerce Co., Ltd. and Yunnan Phosphate Chemical Group Co., Ltd. for CNY 21.8 million on December 29, 2016. Under the terms, Yunnan Yuntianhua Co., Ltd. will acquire 51% stake from Yuntianhua United Commerce Co., Ltd. and 49% stake from Yunnan Phosphate Chemical Group Co., Ltd. As of December 31, 2015, Yunnan Tianyi Warehousing & Distribution Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 39.63 million, net assets of CNY 20.59 million and for the period ended December 31, 2015, revenue of CNY 60.95 million and net profit of CNY 0.33 million. The transaction was approved by the Board of Yunnan Yuntianhua Co., Ltd. in the 6th session of the 7th directorate.
