Yunnan Yuntianhua Trading Co., Ltd. announced that it would receive CNY 300,000,000 in an equity round of funding from returning investor Yunnan Yuntianhua Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600096) on October 27, 2020. The registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 50,000,000 to CNY 350,000,000. The transaction has been approved in the 23rd meeting of the investor’s 8th directorate.
