A real estate company signed a contract to acquire Yutaka No. 2 building from Yutaka Shoji Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:8747) for ¥1 billion on April 27, 2015. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Directors of Yutaka Shoji Co. on April 27, 2015. The property transfer date is May 28, 2015.
