Cedrob S.A. agreed to acquire Zaklady Miesne Henryk Kania Spólka Akcyjna (WSE:KAN) for PLN 250 million on September 19, 2019. The acquisition financing for this transaction already secured by the Cedrob. Cedrob S.A. cancelled the acquisition of Zaklady Miesne Henryk Kania Spólka Akcyjna (WSE:KAN) on September 19, 2020.
