Zapsibgazprom OAO (Zapsibgazprom OJSC Gazprom OJSC) is a Russia-based company, which is engaged in the engineering, construction and operation of pipelines the gasification of residential and industrial complexes; the research and development of new technologies and equipment for modern energy complexes, and production of equipment and materials for oil and gas complexes, among others. It is active domestically, mainly on the territory of the Tyumen?, Altay, Perm? regions and the Republic of Buryatiya. The Company operates through five branches, as well as six subsidiaries, located domestically. As of March 29, 2013, the Company's major shareholder was Metropol Company Group LLC with a stake of 76.48%.
