Zehnder Group AG completed the acquisition of Filtech Nederland B.V.

Zehnder Group AG (SWX:ZEHN) entered into a contract to acquire Filtech Nederland B.V for €19.9 million on March 31, 2022. Filtech has approximately 70 employees and achieved sales of around €15 million in 2021. The Zehnder Group will be retaining the Filtech brand and the three locations and warmly welcomes the staff, including the management, to the Group. The completion is scheduled to take place in the coming weeks and is subject to the usual contractual conditions. Knak Timo and Reto Ringli of KPMG AG, Schweiz, Corporate Finance Division acted as Due Diligence provider and Financial Advisor to Zehnder Group AG. Pieter van Duijvenvoorde, Robert Jong, Bob Barnhoorn, Robin Sijbesma, Yasar Celebi, Nigel Hensen, Fietje van den Berg and Mathijs van der Veen of CMS Derks Star Busmann N.V. acted as legal advisor to Zehnder Group.

Zehnder Group AG is a Switzerland-based holding company of the Zehnder group engaged in the manufacture and marketing of heating, cooling and ventilation systems.
