Zensho Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:7550) completed the acquisition of Sushi Circle Gastronomie Gmbh on May 23, 2023. Dr. Carsten Lehmann, Florian Müller of IMAP acted as financial advisor to shareholders of Sushi Circle. Christof Kautzsch, Jeannette Meyer, Markus Diepold, Minh Riemann, Josef Hainz, Hauke Thieme, Holger Hölkemeier and Bram Bloemers of Dentons Treuhand Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH provided legal advisory to Zensho.
