As 2023 comes to a close, we at Zenvia are excited to share the significant strides we've made this year, which demonstrate our commitment to innovation, strategic growth, and profitability.

This year was about building a strong foundation for future growth, which allowed us to formulate our strategic vision, integrating all our acquired companies, to offer a unified Customer Experience Platform that provides fluid, personal and engaging experiences to end-customers, which we are calling One Zenvia. We are creating a whole new world of experiences, which will allow us to continue capturing synergies and improving the value proposition of our platform. We will be able to cross-sell our SaaS products in the near future, evolving from bundled packages to one single unified offering. We look forward to sharing more exciting developments on our progress towards One Zenvia throughout 2024.

In 2023, we focused on integrating the companies we have acquired into our SaaS platform, including the completion of Movidesk's integration and the initiation of SenseData's integration. These milestones enhance our portfolio and allow us to bring more value to our customers through smart and integrated solutions.

Across all industries and regions, 2023 was marked by the evolution and accessibility of generative AI. We were quick to realize the benefits of this technology and innovated at speed to incorporate it into our solutions. In just a few months, we integrated ChatGPT into Zenvia's platforms, enhancing mass texting, chatbots, and customer service with AI-based personalization, document search, service optimization (Understand), and added security (Antifraud). We continue to explore the endless opportunities made possible by generative AI, and we are committed to leveraging the latest technologies to enhance productivity and customer interactions.

We are also excited with our deepened collaboration with Google by launching a pilot program integrating Google Messages RCS into our platform. Post-pilot, we aim to extend RCS capabilities to all customers with SMS contracts , tapping into RCS's enhanced features which are vital for marketing and customer services in Brazil's Android-dominated landscape.

Regarding our financials, despite facing a challenging macroenvironment scenario, we remained focused on maintaining a healthy financial standing through the disciplined execution of our efficiency plan. We have been reporting positive EBITDA for five consecutive quarters, which means all quarters of 2023. This is a direct result of our strategic decision to pivot Zenvia into a SaaS company and finding the right balance between growth and profitability in our CPaaS business. Our stronger EBITDA and better working capital management led to solid operating cash flow, and both were key in solving the funding gap for this year, following the earn-out negotiations.

As we approach the final quarter, we are confident in our performance and anticipate a robust conclusion to the year, within our guidance range. Our journey this year reaffirms our commitment to innovation, strategic growth, and financial health. 2023 Highlights Include:

  • Q3 2023 Results

On November 16, 2023, Zenvia reported its 3Q and 9M 2023 results. We were able to accelerate revenue growth, especially in the CPaaS business, while maintaining healthy profitability levels. We also saw double-digit sequential increase in SaaS revenues, which we expect to be the foundation for our growth in 2024. The continued growth

of our CPaaS business is instrumental in maintaining sustained margins and ensuring the continued funding of our SaaS business expansion.   • Partnership with Google RCS Messaging

In August, we strengthened our strategic partnership with Google by launching a program that enables the use of Google Messages RCS (Rich Communications Service) with Zenvia's platform. The program is currently in a pilot stage with 50 Zenvia customers testing RCS messaging on our platform. Upon completion of the pilot program, we plan to offer Google Messages RCS to all customers with SMS contracts, which is in line with our One Zenvia vision of offering customers a new world of opportunities through an integrated platform that unites fluid, engaging, and personal experiences.

With the rapid adoption of Android devices in Brazil, which are part of daily life for millions of Brazilians, RCS is becoming an increasingly relevant channel in marketing and customer service operations. We are incredibly excited by its potential, as it allows to create richer, more personalized, and more effective experiences through intelligent automation of interactions, insights into message readability and other capabilities, powered by AI. By the end of 2023, Google expects to reach one billion RCS monthly users - it had around 800 million by mid-year - making it an opportunity that we must capitalize on.

  • Strengthening the Zenvia Platform with AI

In February, we integrated ChatGPT with our mass texting solution Zenvia Attraction to offer a new layer of personalization and efficiency.

In May, we announced the integration of ChatGPTinto our chatbot, which can now be trained to search through and reuse documents already created within a company, enabling a wider variety of questions to have automated answers, and opening many more doors for the future of the

tool.

In June, we released Understand, a Chat GPT-3.5-based feature embedded into Zenvia Service that optimizes the customer service operations with artificial intelligence. This feature empowers customer support representatives with an easy-to-use platform that delivers automated reports with quantitative analysis on customer interactions, among other AI-powered features to enhance the customer journey.

Also in June, we announced an Antifraud feature, which is an important new security layer in Zenvia Attraction designed to reduce the transmission of fraudulent messages or harmful content on Zenvia systems through AI detection.

Each of these new features was conceived during Zenvia's "Hack-a-Bot," an internal hackathon for Humanz held in March 2023 to develop solutions for the end customer based on the Chat GPT 3.5 tool.

  • ZENVIA Regains Compliance with Nasdaq

On September 22, 2023, Zenvia received a Notification Letter from Nasdaq's Listing Qualifications Department confirming that the Company has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement set forth in the Nasdaq Listing Rules. Zenvia's closing bid price was at or greater than the $1.00 per ordinary share minimum requirement for 10 consecutive business days, from September 8, 2023 to September 21, 2023.   • ISO 27001 Certification

On January 18, 2023, the International Standardization Organization (ISO), a global standard and source for information security management, certified Zenvia with the ISO 27001 accreditation. On December 1, 2023, the International Standardization Organization (ISO), a global standard and source for information security management, recertified Zenvia with the ISO 27001 accreditation.

The ISO certification demonstrates that Zenvia has always placed a high premium on protecting customer information and that this focus will continue as the business continues to grow. For more details, please access the press release here.

  • M&A Podcast with Cassio Bobsin

In July, our CEO, Cassio Bobsin, appeared on the M&A Talk Podcast, where he discussed Zenvia's journey since our inception, including our growth strategy through acquisitions before and after our IPO. Cassio also discussed trends and our applications of AI to speed up and boost our integration processes.
