£ Arsenal Holdings Limited yesterday confirmed a £107.3m loss for the financial year ending 31 May 2021. Revenue fell from £343.5m to £327.6m as matchday revenue fell by £75m to £3.8m as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic forcing clubs to play fixtures behind closed doors. Wage costs increased by £9.9m to £244.4m while player sales fell to £14.8m from £63.8m. The club say they were "materially impacted by the coronavirus pandemic".
