Zhang Jia Gang Freetrade Science&Technology Group Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:600794) commences share repurchases on June 6, 2022, under the program mandated by the shareholders in the Extraordinary General Meeting held on May 23, 2022. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase not more than CNY 50 million worth of its shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price not more than CNY 4.970 per share.

The program will be valid for a period of 12 months from the shareholders' approval date.
