The shareholders, Chen Lihua, Chen Liqun, Chen Lianfang, Chen Ligang, Duan Yinwen, and Huzhou Jundu Investment Management Co., Ltd. have agreed not to dispose off any shares for a period of 36 months from the listing date.
The shareholder, Zhejiang Venture Capital Group Co., Ltd. has agreed not to dispose off any shares for a period of 12 months from the listing date.
