Zhuhai Hamah Industrial Co., Ltd agreed to acquire Zhuhai Huiying Cultural Industry Development Co., Ltd from Zhejiang Goldensea Hi-Tech Co., Ltd for CNY 29 million on March 9, 2022. The amount paid by Zhuhai Hamah Industrial Co., Ltd includes CNY 24.1511 million for equity transfer and CNY 4.8489 million for debt repayment on behalf of the target company, totaling CNY 29 million. As at September 2021, Zhuhai Huiying Cultural Industry Development Co., Ltd reported total assets of CNY 4.68 million and net assets of CNY -1.55 million. As of March 9, 2022, directorate of Zhejiang Goldensea Hi-Tech Co., Ltd approved the transaction.
