Goldensea Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive THB 137,587,000 (CNY 30,000,000) in an equity round of funding on March 21, 2020. The transaction will include participation from existing investor Zhejiang Goldensea Environment Technology Co.,Ltd (SHSE:603311). Post-completion of the transaction, the investor will retain 100% stake in the company. The transaction has been approved in the 17th meeting of the 3rd directorate of the investor and does not require shareholder approval. The company has current registered capital of THB 398,440,000.
