Tibet Enhe Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., won the bid to acquire 5.88% stake in Zhejiang Juli Culture Development Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002247) from Yu Haifeng for approximately CNY 110 million on May 25, 2021. Pursuant to the terms of the transaction, 50 million shares of Zhejiang Juli Culture Development Co.,Ltd., will be sold through judicial auction.
Zhejiang Juli Culture Development Co., Ltd., formerly Zhejiang Dilong Culture Development Co., Ltd., is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development and operation of mobile console and online games, as well as mobile advertisement distribution and agency businesses. The Company is also engaged in the research, design and development of architectural decoration materials. The Companyâs decoration materials include decorative papers, impregnated papers, decorative paper decorative boards, metal decorative boards, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) decorative materials and alumina products. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
