Zhejiang NetSun Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002095) entered into an agreement to acquire 60% stake in Zhejiang Jinbao Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. from Zhejiang Jinfu Network Technology Co., Ltd. for CNY 0.60 million on July 25, 2019. The consideration will be paid in cash. Post completion of the acquisition, Zhejiang NetSun Co., Ltd. will own 60% stake in Zhejiang Jinbao Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. while the remaining 40% stake will be held by Zhejiang Jinfu Network Technology Co., Ltd. Zhejiang NetSun Co., Ltd. held its 5th directorate’s 2nd meeting on July 25, 2019 and approved the said matter.
