Zhejiang XCC Group Co.,Ltd declared cash dividend of RMB 1.7 (taxes included) per 10 shares to all shareholders on the basis of the 284,258,423 shares after excluding the 8,066,260 repurchased shares in the special repurchase account from the total issued 292,324,683 shares, with a total dividend distribution of RMB 48,323,931.91 (taxes included), payable on June 16, 2020. Record date is June 15, 2020 and Ex-dividend date is June 16, 2020.
