Company holding stockholder Zoenn Group Co., Ltd. and actual controller Ni Xiuhua promised within 36 months after the listing date of the company?s shares they will not transfer nor entrust to others for management shares directly or indirectly held in the company prior to this offering, or allow the company to repurchase the said shares.
Company shareholders Wenzhou Huayin Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Zhejiang Qibu Investment Co., Ltd., Shihezi Haojia Venture Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Xiamen Haojia Fortune Investment Management Co., Ltd. and Shihezi Haojia Industry Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Indirect shareholder serving as company director Du Hongyan promised Within 12 months from the listing date of the company?s shares they will not transfer nor entrust to others for management shares held in the company, nor allow the company to repurchase the said shares.
