Xinxiang Qianweiyang Kitchen Food Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 249,756,051.29 in equity round of funding on November 1, 2021. The transaction will include participation from existing investor Zhengzhou Qianweiyangchu Food Co., Ltd. to retain its 100% stake. Upon closing, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 200,000,000 to CNY 449,756,000. The transaction has been approved in the twentieth meeting of the second board of directors and the fourteenth meeting of the second board of supervisors of the investor.
