Zhuhai Port Co.,Ltd. announced earnings results for the half year ended June 30, 2021. For the half year, the company announced sales was CNY 2,971.392 million compared to CNY 1,450.667 million a year ago. Operating income was CNY 304.660 million compared to CNY 151.302 million a year ago. Net income was CNY 235.051 million compared to CNY 128.713 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was CNY 0.2548 compared to CNY 0.1383 a year ago.
Zhuhai Port Co., Ltd. is a China based port services company. The Company operates its business through three segments. The Port logistics segment is engaged in the port terminal investment and operation services, logistics trade as well as shipping agent, freight forwarder, cargo handling, tugboats, customs and international shipping business. The Integrated Energy segment is principally engaged in the investment, operation and services of clean energy such as coal-fired power generation, wind power and natural gas power generation as well as the construction, operation and maintenance of urban pipeline gas. The Harbor City Supporting segment is engaged in the development of harbor city, property management and manufacturing operations. The Company operates its business in the domestic market and overseas markets.
