LAT Co.,Ltd. (XKON:A311060) and Yeju Industrial Co. Ltd. agreed to acquire 30.9% stake in Zinitix Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A303030) from Seoul Electronics & Telecom Co., Ltd, Wonwoo Kim and Sua Kim for KRW 21 billion on March 8, 2024. Transaction is expected to complete on March 20, 2024. LAT Co.,Ltd. will be finance the transaction from KRW 10 billion in own funds and KRW 7 billion in borrowings. As of the announcement of March 20, 2024, The transaction is expected to complete on April 12, 2024.
