BB Seguridade Participações S A : 08/03/2020 Notice to Shareholders - Dividends 1H20

BB Seguridade Participações S.A. hereby informs the distribution of R$1,747,565,136.48 as dividends. The amount is equivalent to 95% payout ratio on the 1H20 net income added the balance of lapsed dividends related to prior years, as previously decided by the Board of Directors in a meeting held on June 25, 2020.

PAYMENT PROCEDURES:

Shareholders with shares under custody of the depository institution ('Banco do Brasil S.A.') will receive their dividends through the checking or savings account at the financial institution indicated by them, from the date of distribution of these rights.

Those whose registration data are outdated shall go to any of the Banco do Brasil's branches carrying their Brazilian social security number (CPF), an official ID document (RG) and proof of residence, if an individual, or its bylaws and power of attorney, if legal entity, for registration update and dividend payment.

Shareholders with shares under custody of B3 - Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão ('B3') will have their dividends paid through the institutions/brokers where the shares are deposited.
