General Electric (GE) Renewable Energy is set to help Pakistan's renewable energy infrastructure as a feature of another power venture.

The power organization, in relationship with Powerchina Zhongnan Engineering Corporation Limited, will gracefully six new hydropower Francis turbines and generators to the Dasu hydropower plant in Pakistan.

GE Renewable Energy will give structure and establishment to the six turbines. The 2.2GW hydropower venture has been affirmed by the Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), which tries to multiply sustainable power sources in remote regions across Pakistan.

The Dasu hydropower plant will be charged in 2026 and is relied upon to give clean vitality to in excess of 4,000,000 families in Pakistan.
