INWIT: AMENDMENT TO THE 2019 FINANCIAL CALENDAR

As an amendment to the financial calendar already announced on December 11, 2018, INWIT points out that the Board of Directors, called to approve the draft financial statements as at December 31, 2018, will meet on February 18, 2019 and the Shareholders' Meeting to approve the financial statements as at December 31, 2018 will be held on March 27, 2019.

The month in which any coupons for dividends due on the results of the 2018 financial year is April 2019. The conference call to present the accounting data to the financial community will be held on the same day the Board of Directors meets to approve the 2018 draft financial statements.

In light of the above, Inwit's financial calendar for 2019 is updated as follows:

February 18, 2019	Board of Directors meeting to approve the draft financial statements for the year at December 31, 2018
March 27, 2019	Shareholders' Meeting to approve the Financial Statements at December 31, 2018
May 15, 2019	Board of Directors meeting to approve the interim report on operations at March 31, 2019
July 29, 2019	Board of Directors meeting to approve the half-year financial report at June 30, 2019
November 05, 2019	Board of Directors meeting to approve the interim report on operations at September 30, 2019
