(NASDAQ: NTES) ('NetEase'), one of China's leading internet and online game services providers, today announced that its music streaming platform NetEase Cloud Music has entered into definitive agreements for a new round of financing with investors, including Baidu, General Atlantic and Boyu Capital. Baidu will also strategically partner with NetEase Cloud Music to further its business. After the completion of this round, NetEase will remain the controlling shareholder of NetEase Cloud Music.
