Nomura Real Estate Master Fund, Inc. ("NMF") would like to express its heartfelt sympathy to everyone, affected by an earthquake with a maximum seismic intensity of upper 7 occurred in the central-eastern part of Iburi region in Hokkaido, northmost Japan at 3:08 a.m. on September 6, 2018.

NMF announces there has been no report of serious damages that would have an impact on the NMF's operating results to its properties as of 5:00 pm on September 6, 2018.

An update will be provided promptly in case any damages that may affect NMF's operating results are found.
