Realtek USB 3.1 Type-C HUB (RTS5421)
The RTS5421 is a next generation USB HUB supporting USB3.1 Gen2 SuperSpeed+; offering an amazing 2.4 times performance improvement compared to standard USB3.0. The RTS5421 integrates Type-C Power Delivery (PD) controllers to provide PD support on each Upstream-Facing Port (UFP) and Downstream-Facing Port (DFP), making it the perfect single-chip solution to expand a single USB 3.1 Type C UFP to a USB 3.1 Type C four DFP hub.

The integrated USB3.1 Gen2 Hub and PD controllers come in an 8.5mm x 8.5mm BGA package, which help designers dramatically reduce both the total product PCB size and the design phase schedule. The RTS5421 complies with the latest Type-C specifications and it supports all the functions included in USB3.1 Gen2, such as Multiple-IN and Precision Time Measurement/Link Delay Measurement (PTM/LDM).

Realtek Bluetooth Low Energy SoC (RTL8762A)
Realtek's RTL8762A is an ultra-low-power Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) SoC composed of an ARM Cortex M0 CPU, Bluetooth GATT Stack/Profile, Flash, IR Transceiver, and voice ADC.

The RTL8762A supports the latest Bluetooth LE 4.2 BQB (Bluetooth Qualification Body) certification, ultra-low power consumption and standby current, 256KByte embedded Flash and Over-The-Air (OTA) update, 80KByte data RAM for flexible APP development, and embedded IR transceiver for home appliance controlled by Bluetooth as well as connection to IoT devices. Additionally, the RTL8762A provides voice ADC for IoT devices with voice value-added features. The RTL8762A's low power consumption with excellent receiver sensitivity and strong transmitter power provides wide coverage and long battery life.
