Lee has been leading the product organization for the last 12 months having returned to Sage in 2018. He originally joined Sage in 2011 and served as Managing Director of the UK & Ireland business. Lee has over 20 years' commercial and general management experience in public and private equity backed businesses, most recently as CEO of Metronet, and previously in executive leadership roles at Tech Data and Computacenter.

Lee will continue to work with the leadership team and in particular Marc Linden, GM and EVP of Mid Market Native Cloud Solutions, to serve Sage's small and medium customers with compelling solutions through Sage Business Cloud. Sage's regional Managing Directors will now report to Lee.

Keith Robinson, Chief Strategy Officer, is appointed to the Executive Committee further strengthening the technology experience of the leadership team. An advisor to the ExCo since 2018, Keith will be focused on operationalizing strategy and identifying ways to accelerate delivery against Sage's vision of becoming a great SaaS company. Keith has 20 years' experience in the software industry including co-founding a technology-focused US based hedge fund, advising on numerous cross-border M&A transactions, and strategic consulting with Gartner and Scient after starting his career in investment banking at JPMorgan Chase in New York.

This expanded role will see him combine his customer and technology experience as we build Sage Business Cloud into a comprehensive digital environment that transforms the way small and medium organisations think and work.'

In addition, the role of Chief Marketing Officer will be relocated to London and the current Atlanta based CMO Ron McMurtrie will leave the company at the end of March. Ron joined Sage in 2016 and has strengthened the company's brand, digital marketing, communications and partner marketing capabilities as well as overseeing elements of strategic operations.
