Air France-KLM: Florence Parly co-opted to the Board

Air France-KLM announces that its Board of Directors has decided to co-opt Florence Parly as a director, replacing Isabelle Parize, a co-option which will be submitted for ratification to the next Annual General Meeting.

This appointment of the former Minister of the Armed Forces (2017-2022) is in line with Anne-Marie Couderc's succession as Chairman of the Board, at the latest at the close of the 2025 Annual General Meeting.

To this end, an amendment to Air France-KLM's Articles of Association will be submitted to the 2024 Annual General Meeting to enable Anne-Marie Couderc's term of office to be extended for a further year.
