Angel Aguilar

Mr. Aguilar joined Pathway in 2014 and is a vice president of corporate finance in the California office.
He is responsible for corporate accounting, financial and management reporting, and maintaining corporate financial compliance requirements.
Prior to joining Pathway, Mr. Aguilar worked for Broadcom Corporation in its internal audit group, overseeing the operations audit of its U.S.
locations.
Before that, he was an assistant controller for a midsize technology leasing company.
As an assistant controller, he was responsible for the daily operations of the accounting department, financial reporting, budget analysis, and due diligence on acquisitions and also served as the company’s technical accounting expert.
His experience also includes performing and managing financial, due diligence, and internal control audits of SEC-registered and privately owned companies while working for Grant Thornton in California as a senior audit manager and for Ernst & Young in the Philippines as an audit partner.
Mr. Aguilar received a BS in business administration, cum laude, with a focus on accounting, from the University of the East (Philippines) and an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management.
He is a certified public accountant.
