Prior to joining William E.
Simon & Sons, Mr. Gallaher worked for Bank of America where he coordinated the resolution of multiple workouts in various industries; coordinated the resolution and sale of over $1 billion of non-accrual loans related to Bank of America's acquisition of Security Pacific Bank; and established and managed a global distressed proprietary fund.
Mr. Gallaher holds a B.A.
with honors in Economics from the College of William and Mary, a M.A.
with honors and L.L.M.
with honors in Private International Law from Cambridge University.
