BOC International China Ltd. (Investment Management) (BOCI –IM) is the investment management division of BOC International China Ltd. which was founded in 2002 and is jointly controlled by BOC International Holdings Ltd., China National Petroleum Corporation, State Development & Investment Corporation, Hongta Tobacco Group Corporation, China General Technology (Group) Holding Ltd., and Shanghai State-owned Assets Operation Corporation. The firm is headquartered in Shanghai with additional offices in major cities in China, and provides investment management, financial advisory and investment consulting services to individual and institutional clients.

SWS MU Fund Management Co., Ltd. (SWS MU) is the fund management subsidiary of Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Co., Ltd., ultimately held by Shenwan Hongyuan Group Co., Ltd. (SHE: 000166) in China. The firm was founded in 2004 as SYWG BNP Paribas Asset Management Co. Ltd., a joint venture between Japan-based Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corp. and Shenyin & Wanguo Securities Co. Ltd. In 2011 the firm changed their name to SWS MU Fund Management Co. Ltd. after Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corp. reached an agreement with BNP Paribas Investment Partners to buy a significant minority stake with Shenyin & Wanguo Securities Co. Ltd. retaining the remaining majority stake in the joint venture. Headquartered in Shanghai, SWS MU manages a range of open-end funds.

UBS Securities Co. Ltd. is the Chinese brokerage subsidiary of UBS Group AG (SWX: UBSG) in Switzerland. Headquartered in Beijing, the firm was founded in 2006 as Beijing Securities Co. Ltd. They provide securities brokerage services to domestic corporate and institutional clients, and qualified foreign institutional investors (QFII).
