Before joining Riverside in 2006, Mr. Gold was a consultant for the Frontenac Company, a Chicago-based private equity firm.
In the six years prior to that, he was President of Aramark’s WearGuard-Crest division, a $275 million leading business-to-business direct marketer.
From 1998 to 1999, he was a Senior Vice President of Merchandising, Sales and Marketing at Gerber Childrenswear.
Prior to 1998, he spent nine years at Burlington Industries in a variety of senior roles.
He started his career at Procter and Gamble in 1985.
Mr. Gold holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Hobart College.
