Prior to Madison, Eugene worked on the investment team at Hudson Realty Capital, the investment research team at The Blackstone Group, and the M&A advisory team at TM Capital.
Eugene received his Bachelor of Science in Finance & International Business from the Leonard N.
Stern School of Business at New York University and his Master of Science in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University.
