Joe S. Lee

Prior to Golub Capital Mr. Lee was a Principal at Richards LLC, a southeastern-focused, middle market private equity firm.
At Richards, Mr. Lee also served as Chief Financial Officer of Titan Financial Group, a leading consumer finance company and the largest portfolio company of Richards.
Prior to joining Richards, he was a Vice President in Wachovia Securities Corporate and Investment Bank.
At Wachovia, he structured, executed, and monitored asset-based and mezzanine debt transactions.
Mr. Lee earned a B.E.
in Chemical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University.
