Katelyn Latorra

Katelyn joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in March 2021 as a Director, Human Capital & ESG on the Growth Buyout team.
She supports the portfolio across pre-investment organizational assessment, post-investment organizational health monitoring and workforce planning, and leadership recruitment and development.
Prior to joining Frazier, Katelyn worked on portfolio talent initiatives and human capital due diligence at Cerberus Capital Management, a multi-strategy investment firm in New York.
Before Cerberus, Katelyn worked in management consulting for Ernst & Young, LLP, on projects related to HR M&A and HR Transformations.
Katelyn started her career at The Hartford Insurance Company, in a highly competitive HR Leadership Development Program.
Katelyn received her BA in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and her MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven.
