Katherine McCord

Katherine McCord joined HarbourVest in 2007 and is a member of the client reporting and communications team.
Katherine works alongside the firm’s investment, finance, and analytics teams to create, manage, and produce all forms of fund and portfolio communications.
Katherine also leads the Firm’s Community Engagement initiatives including chairing the Global Volunteering Group and managing the Firm’s Matching Gifts and Employee Service Days Programs.
She began her career with the Firm’s Portfolio Analytics team, where she compiled, monitored, and analyzed primary fund and secondary investment data received from third party managers.
Katherine holds a seat on both the ESG and Diversity & Inclusion Councils and serves as Co-Chair of Alumnae Annual Giving for The Winsor School and is a member of The Winsor School’s Corporation.
Katherine received a BS in Government from Connecticut College in 2006.
