subsidiary.
Mr. Lenart previously worked for Marriott International, Inc. in the International Accounting and Tax group and as Director of Accounting of AIG/Lincoln, a U.S.
joint venture for real estate development in European emerging markets.
In addition Mr. Lenart worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Germany and for Deloitte & Touche in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Lenart holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Virginia in Economics and Accounting, respectively.
