Mirna Valdes

Ms. Valdes joined Ridgewood in 1987.
She was promoted to Vice President of Ridgewood's Investor Relations department in 2005.
She had been instrumental in building and maintaining the investor profile system as well as managing the processing of investor subscriptions, requests and inquiries.
She works in tandem with the accounting department coordinating commissions, distributions and K-1's and with legal counsel with regard to compliance and Blue Sky.
Prior to her employment at Ridgewood Energy, Ms Valdes worked at WABC-TV, New York.
She is a graduate of Taylor Business Institute.
